Tutorial week 2: working with layers..........

Firstly, press [ Ctrl + N ]. Then set a file name and size of canvas that you need.

Now, this is a new canvas.

Next, double click the background layer to unlock it. Then change the layer's name from "Layer 0" to "background". So that we can differentiate which layer is background. 

Now, click on the "Create a new layer" or [ Shift + Ctrl + N ] to create a new layer.

Click on the Edit - Fill [ Shift + F5 ] - Background color (choose black color) - Paint Bucket Tool.

This is the background.

Now, use the brush tool then choose on the La_fractals. 

Lastly, click on the Horizontal Type Tool or click 'T' to type any words.
